Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technologies. We do not collect or store any information about your visit.

Enquiry form

When you submit our enquiry form, your browser opens a pre-filled email in your own email application, addressed directly to the practice. We collect only what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the reason for your enquiry. This information is sent straight to our practice mailbox and is not stored on this website or on any server we operate. If your enquiry includes details about your dental health, that information is handled by the practice in line with our Confidentiality Policy. It's used solely to respond to your enquiry and is handled afterwards in line with our practice's Confidentiality Policy and standard record-keeping.

Booking

Appointment booking is provided through our booking partner, SOE. When you book an appointment, you leave this website and any information you provide is collected and processed by SOE under their own privacy policy and terms, not by us. Please review SOE's policy on their booking portal before booking.

How we share information

We only share patient information with a third party where you have given us valid consent, or where there is a legal obligation or overriding public interest requiring us to do so. Where information is shared, we share only the minimum necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it). You can also ask us to restrict how we use your information, object to our use of it, ask for a copy of it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time where we've relied on it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right — we log and review every complaint we receive. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) at any time.
